Group Sessions

Twice a day The Studio hosts our most popular classes which are the Morning Stretching and Wellness Therapy sessions. Amazing for begginers and all levels this is our best introduction to the yoga style we have here @Five Elements. 

Power Sessions

Tried the group sessions? Up the anti with our different variations of power yoga. Aimed for the more intermediate level, power yoga focuses more on the core and is a sessions slightly more biased towards strength and power.

Ariel Yoga

A harmonious blend of traditional yoga and aerial acrobatics, Five Elements invites you to soar into a realm of fluid movement and serene meditation. Using a suspended fabric hammock, participants elevate their practice, allowing for deeper stretches, playful inversions, and a liberating sense of weightlessness.

Private Sessions

Whether its a workout catered to your needs or an injury that requires a magical hand, you can also book your private classes with our instructors. Private sessions ensure direct interaction and engaement for small groups or individuals looking for the extra edge!
